Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-09-27
Seamble is operated by Will Myers. These terms cover your use of seamble.com and the code we serve to your website. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions go to hello@seamble.com.
The service
Seamble lets you add components to a Squarespace website. You pick a preset or describe one to your AI assistant, paste a short snippet into your site once, and later changes are published behind that snippet. Features may change as the product develops.
Your account
You need an account to use Seamble. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including changes your AI assistant makes on your behalf through the connection you set up. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
Plans and billing
Creating and publishing components needs a paid plan (Starter or Pro), with the prices and limits shown on the pricing section of our home page. Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can switch plans or cancel any time from Billing; after you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and then the workspace has no plan. We don't refund partial months. If a payment fails, the workspace also loses its plan. Plan limits, and having no plan, only stop new components and new changes: components that are already live keep loading on your site. We will give you notice before changing prices.
Acceptable use
Don't use Seamble to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- serve malware, phishing, or code that harms visitors to a site;
- collect personal data from visitors without their consent;
- attack, overload, or try to get around the limits of the service.
We may suspend components or accounts that do these things.
Your components and the code we host
You own the content and settings of your components. To run them, we store their source and serve it from our CDN to the sites where you've installed the snippet. You give us permission to host, copy, and serve that code for that purpose. When your account is deleted, we stop serving your components and they no longer load on your site.
Code generated by your AI assistant is your responsibility. Check that it works the way you expect before you rely on it.
Squarespace
Seamble is an independent product. The word “Squarespace” is a trademark of Squarespace, Inc. Seamble is not affiliated with or endorsed by Squarespace, Inc.
No warranty
Seamble is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it fast and reliable, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Seamble and Will Myers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending things
You can stop using Seamble and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms, or if we shut the service down, in which case we'll give you reasonable notice where we can.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll let you know by email or in the app. Continuing to use Seamble after a change means you accept it.
